These stories are the written equivalent to embarrassing pictures from your childhood that you keep hidden in a box under your bed. I cringe every time I read "Three Days" - but I guess we all have to start somewhere. And did I write "Three Days" out of an urgent need to produce fan fiction? NO! I wrote it because PK Webzine needed a LOTR story for their TTT special, and the person who had originally promised to write one had, as it is often the case, promised more than she could keep.

"Go out," the editors said, "go out and write a LOTR story, if possible featuring Haldir, for we all like him very much!"

Woohoo.

The stories I wrote which I can live with are "I am Legend" (my favourite - my first Erestor story - in a way) and "Tomorrow, as usual" (somebody said it was my first slash story, though I still think it's gen) - and to repeat myself regarding "Three Days": I did NOT write under the nom de plume "Untalented Elfwriter" without a reason, friends and fellows!
HAIL THE VICTORIOUS DEAD
The Halls of Waiting are a well-organised civil service. Alas, mistakes do happen, as Boromir has to learn... humour, gen, green.
THE VALIANT LITTLE GALADHEL
May Haldir and the Grimm Brothers forgive me... fractured fairytale, gen, blue.
I AM LEGEND
A Mirkwood Elf finds the victim of an Orc attack and has to make a difficult decision. Gen, blue, angsty.
TOMORROW. AS USUAL.
Celeborn tells the tale of a great friendship. Gen, blue.
L'ÂME IMMORTELLE
Is immortality a blessing or a curse? A difficult decision. Gen, blue.
(translation of title: "The immortal soul")
THREE DAYS
The first LOTR fic I've ever written. And boy, does it show! This takes place before, during and after the battle of Helm's Deep - three days in the life of Haldir and his sister (and no, it's no Mary Sue. But it's still a cringworthy tale). Gen, blue.
WILD HUNT
What is legend, what is truth? LOTR fic which, believe it or not, takes place in the Elizabethan England.
Gen, green.
